If you're reading this, chances are you have just purchased a new dartboard and are unsure how it is supposed to be hung. I'm sure there are a number of answers to this question, but we've got the regulation information.
Whether you decide to hang your dartboard in a dartboard cabinet or just stick it on the wall, these measurements are what you will need. Let's start with the distance from the floor to the bullseye of the board. Make sure you have an accurate measuring tape and go from the floor up the wall 5 feet, 8 inches. This is the mark where the center of your board will go. This is the perfect height for all players. Any higher, you would have to be throwing the darts in the air to hit the target, and that's not fun! Whenever I hang a board, I double check to make sure I measured right before I go hammering into my wall.
